GaC has well-established relationships with many of its clients across all of its business areas, and is proud of its reputation for the highest professional and technical integrity. As a customer-focussed service organisation we believe, fundamentally, in regular, honest and transparent communication.
This translates, on a day-to-day basis, to a considerable amount of telephone contact and regular meetings to ensure that relationships are established and maintained with key personnel throughout each project.
All our senior staff are experienced managers with a proven track record of delivery.
In all dealings with third parties, whether customers, collaborators, or competitors, we try to ensure that the following service criteria are achieved:
- Completeness - all of the required detail is included in our report and that the work has addressed all of the issues it was designed to
- Accuracy - all data and calculations are correct within the quoted limits and as anticipated by our customer
- Consistency - approved and appropriate methodology are employed and, in ongoing contracts, the people and methods are always consistent
- Cost effectiveness - providing an effective service delivering real value for money
- Materiality - all reports/deliverables add real value to our customer and, whilst based on our experience, and expertise, are totally unbiased and technically reliable
- Transparency - all results and calculations are fully traceable and available for audit by our client; similarly, our financial records are accurate and transparent
- Faithfulness - our clients can depend totally upon the report and service provided
- Improvement - we continually look to improve our service levels by close liaison with our client
- Confidentiality - we pride ourselves on our professional integrity (it forms a key part of our UKAS accreditation).
