Certain Regulations require a manufacturer to seek third party surveillance of their product or production quality. Fully familiar with ISO9001 procedures, but never losing our technology focus, we provide a range of surveillance services, where we work closely with you to develop your quality control procedures and practices. We believe wholeheartedly that by working with you we add real benefit to your clients.
For example, Product Surveillance is a requirement of the Gas Appliance and Boiler Efficiency Directives. It is designed to ensure ongoing compliance with the Directive by comparing production models against the technical details of the original test model.
Third party Factory Production Control is a requirement for certification under the Microgeneration Certification Scheme. GaC will be delighted to assist in this area.
